Tyler Jarell will forever by 18. He also will never know what it’s like to serve as a U.S. Marine. The young man had dreamed of serving for years but that dream was cut short when a carnival ride malfunctioned at the Ohio State Fair. The spinning and swinging “Fire Ball” broke apart and rained debris on the fair midway. Tyler’s 18 year old girl friend was badly injured, but survived. (click for full story)
